Interviewing Staff
Our professional interviewing staff members, who conduct our in-house telephone interviews, are highly skilled in administering surveys, some with over fifteen years of experience at Anderson-Niebuhr. All telephone interviewers receive extensive of training before working on any client project, including general training in interviewing methods and CATI training. They receive ongoing education to enhance their research skills and are trained in techniques to facilitate response from survey participants, thus keeping refusals to a minimum.
