ANA Research is seeking bright, self-motivated individuals who enjoy talking on the phone and working as part of a team. Our interviewers collect opinions only and conduct surveys, such as customer satisfaction surveys, education research, and health care studies. Interviewers will conduct surveys at our on-site telephone center. We are not on a bus line so reliable transportation will be necessary.

Excellent English reading and speaking skills are required. Some computer and typing skills are required. Phone experience is not required. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are important. Bilingual language skills may be a plus. Candidates must have the ability to calmly and professionally interact with a variety of people and personalities.

We are looking for long-term, part-time and seasonal telephone interviewers. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts will be determined based on the needs of our current projects.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:  ANA Research is looking for individuals who are pursuing degrees in marketing, sociology, public health, psychology or business. We will accept applications from Juniors through Seniors. Primary internship responsibilities will include the following: coding and editing of questionnaires, assisting with the sampling of populations, and opening and tracking mail questionnaires. There will also be opportunities to experience other phases of the research process.


  1. Direct experience in market research
  2. Approximately 20 hrs per week
