Workshop Fees

2008 Fees: $895 per person

Register by the Early Bird Deadline and receive $50 off each registration. Deadline is 6 weeks prior to workshop. For the Questionnaire Design and Use Workshop the cutoff dates are 3/6/2008 for the Orlando workshop and 3/20/2008 for the Minneapolis workshop.

For the Analyzing & Reporting Questionnaire Data workshop, the cut off dates are 8/21/2008 for the Minneapolis workshop and 9/4/2008 for the Orlando workshop.

Fee includes registration materials but not accommodations or meals. Registration fee is tax deductible. Registration fees accepted in the form of check or money order only. Credit card processing is available for online registrants only.

Group Discounts: 1st & 2nd person regular price, $100 off each additional person.

Cancellation: Registration is fully refundable if notice of cancellation is received by Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates 14 days prior to first day of workshop. Cancellation from 8–13 days subject to a $100 service charge. No refunds within 7 days or less.
