John
F. Anderson, Ph.D. and Marsha A. Niebuhr have more than 35 years
of experience conducting a variety of public and on-site training
workshops for businesses, associations, government agencies,
school systems, colleges and universities, and other organizations
regarding
research methods and techniques.
John and Marsha are principals
and founders of Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates,
Inc. and have more than 35 years of experience conducting educational/non-profit
research, healthcare research, business-to-business research, customer
satisfaction research, and market research.
In addition, they are
adjunct faculty members with the University of Minnesota, and
they have been on the faculty of the American Marketing
Association School of Marketing Research at the University of
Notre Dame. They are also members of the American Educational Research
Association (AERA) and are co-founders of the Special Interest
Group (SIG) on Survey Research in education. This SIG has been
in existence
for over 30 years and they are still very involved in the issues
regarding survey research. They are also co-authors of a widely
used textbook on survey research, Questionnaires:
Design and Use
