Open Positions
Part-time Telephone Research Interviewers
ANA Research is seeking bright, self-motivated individuals who enjoy talking on the phone and working as part of a team. Our interviewers conduct surveys and collect opinions only, on topics such as customer satisfaction surveys, education research, and health care studies. Interviewers will conduct surveys at our on-site telephone center. We are not on a bus line so reliable transportation will be necessary.

Excellent English reading and speaking skills are required. Some computer and typing skills are required. Phone experience is not required. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are important. Bilingual language skills may be a plus. Candidates must have the ability to calmly and professionally interact with a variety of people and personalities.

We are looking for long-term, part-time and seasonal telephone interviewers. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts will be determined based on the needs of our current projects.
